This website uses neither cookies nor tracking technologies. No external services (such as Google Analytics or social media plugins) are integrated. Therefore, obtaining consent (consent banner) is not required.
It is pointed out that data transmission over the Internet, especially during communication via email or web forms, may have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties cannot be guaranteed.

1. Controller & Contact
The controller for data processing on this website is:
Marktstraße 1
97799 Zeitlofs, Germany
Email: info@juliasbeeyard.com
SSL/TLS Encryption: For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption (HTTPS). You can recognize this by the address bar of the browser changing from "http://" to "https://" and the lock symbol in your browser line.
Data Protection Officer: As an individual, the operator is not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer.
2. Hosting, Server Log Files, and Data Processing Agreement
This website is hosted by the following service provider, who acts as the data Processor for the operator (Art. 28 GDPR). A corresponding written Data Processing Agreement (DPA) has been concluded with the hoster:
Owner: René Münnich
Hauptstraße 68, D-02742 Friedersdorf, Germany
The host automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files. These include:
- IP address
- Date and time of access
- Name and URL of the retrieved file
- Browser type and operating system
- Referrer URL
Note on IP Anonymization: The IP addresses are automatically shortened and stored anonymously on the ALL-INKL.COM server. The last two octets are set to zero (e.g., 11.22.33.44 becomes 11.22.0.0). Assignment to the end device is thus no longer possible.
Purpose and Legal Basis: Processing is necessary for the technical provision, stability, and security of the website and represents the legitimate interest of the operator in the functional and secure provision according to Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.
Retention Period: Log data is usually deleted automatically after a maximum of 7 days, provided that no longer legal retention periods exist or the host needs the data for technical troubleshooting.
3. Contact by Email
If you contact the operator by email, the data you transmit (email address, name, content of your message) will be stored to process your request.
Legal Basis: Processing is generally based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in answering your inquiry/contact). If your inquiry aims at the conclusion or performance of a contract, Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR serves as the legal basis.
Retention Period: The data will be deleted as soon as the purpose ceases to exist (answering your inquiry), provided that no legal retention obligations (e.g., 6 or 10 years according to commercial or tax law) exist. You have the right to informally lodge an objection to processing at any time, if it is based on legitimate interest.
4. Your Rights as a Data Subject (GDPR)
You have the right at any time to:
- Information about the data stored about you (Art. 15)
- Correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16)
- Deletion of your data (Art. 17)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18)
- Data portability (Art. 20)
- Objection to processing (Art. 21)
Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
5. Competent Supervisory Authority
